Refund policy

 

Please notify us immediately upon receipt if there is an issue with the product so we can process an exchange or refund if necessary. We do not provide refunds. Due to the nature of hair care products, we are unable to return any OPENED product for any reason. You may return most new and UNOPENED items in original packaging, with product seals intact within 10 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit.  

Please read carefully the nature of the returns; HairDiction will pay the RETURN shipping costs in the following situations:
  • If the product arrived broken or damaged 
  • If you received the incorrect item
**In all other instances, you will be required to pay for the cost associated with your return/exchange.**
 Returns/exchanges are accepted on regular-priced items that are in brand new condition. Please send an email to admin@hairdiction.ca and include your invoice number and the reason for your exchange request. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours confirming the exchange, along with the address to ship your items to. If making an exchange, be sure to indicate the name of the product you are requesting.

If you would like to return an item but do not want to do an exchange, we will issue you an online store credit once we receive your HairDiction item(s) back. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will not be responsible for reimbursing any shipping fees associated with your return/exchange.
